Hubspot Sales Hub / Free CRM

My favorite!

I love the CRM because it’s forever free – and there are no upsells. Sure, you can add things like email sequences and advanced reporting, but you can add and organize unlimited contacts, companies and deals. It’s fully customizable, meaning, you can create deal stages that match your pipeline and run financial reports to better understand how much your pipeline is worth. Connect the CRM with your email and automatically log every interaction with your leads without having to manually enter conversations ever again. The system automatically pulls in company information like location, contact information, annual revenue( yes thats right), number of employees and more.  This is all gathered from your leads company email – so you don’t have to manually enter company information ever again.

Let’s talk about integrations! My Favorite lead generation tool for growing prospecting databases:

Connect it with third-party integrations and supercharge your sales system. My favorite integration is Hunter.io which generates prospects from any business website and saves them directly to the CRM. Hunter.io is free for up to 100 requests every month – meaning you can prospect 100 companies every month, for free.

My favorite feature: The FREE chatbot!

Ever see the chat feature on a website and wish you could have it – but you just don’t have the time or dedicated staff necessary to manage this feature? Well, Hubspot’s solved that problem with their new free chatbot feature. You can custom tailor the questions and responses without having to know any advanced programming.  The best part is, (besides being free) is that it sends the contact information gathered in the conversation to your CRM so your sales team can follow up when they are done with lunch.Hubspot Free Chatbot Feature

What’s the catch you ask? Well, Hubspots Marketing Platform is priced based on the number of contacts you have in your CRM. So, Hubspot makes it super easy and user-friendly to build your database but will charge you for it after you fall in love and want to upgrade to the marketing platform. Think of their CRM as their gateway drug.

Hubspot Sales Hub

The CRM is the database and whereas the Sales Hub is everything necessary to engage with the database.  This includes sending email sequences, documents, tasks, scheduling meetings, making calls etc. Make sense?

My favorite is probably the document feature. Hubspot allows the user to upload a PDF, send it and track engagement metrics like time on page, open rate, click rate, and the overall success of the sales documents.  Now you can know if your leads are opening the case studies you’ve sent them, or opened your project portfolio. And yes, this feature is free!

According to Hubspot, this is for advanced customer service teams.
